Food was not very good burger was cold fries were under cooked !!
They screwed all of our food up. The manager was very rude on the phone. Half of the food was cold.
They were fast and made fresh food for my son .. that's pretty good Seeing how mc donalds don't even do that.
Nice service lady at the counter, happy, smiling, polite. Place was clean and we really liked the small tables and wide chairs by the artificial but beautiful fire place. The seating layout has three styles and 2 tv's angled perfectly.
I have always had nice experiences here, but last night was by far the best. I went through the drive through and ordered three chicken sandwiches. The guy told me it would be about a 4 minute wait on the chicken and I said I was fine with that. After pulling forward and waiting for a few minutes, he brought out my food and offered me and my boyfriend free frosties for our wait. I was so flattered that they were willing to take care of us even after I agreed to wait! Costumer service at its finest!
