I can't believe anyone could say this place has great service! I think they're the rudest restaurant in town. The servers and management are NOT friendly. It's dark with many light bulbs burnt out. The cheese sauce is watery - not near as creamy as Guadalajara. And the service is terrible. Terrible. I'm irritated with the service every time I leave here.
If I can give it no stars I would. Service has always been extremely rude, even being here 4 years. We went in Saturday night at 9:30 and they rushed us, the waiter named Chapis even said they were closing at 10 so we need to hurry up and order. He offered us drinks and since we didnt plan on drinking I left my ID in the car, as I went to get it Chapis shook his head and said really? to my boyfriend. I told them we thought they closed at 11 as it says online, and they said no. As we were drinking our 32 oz half pitcher, they literally swept and mopped at our feet. We asked to get another half pitcher and they said they can only sell us 2 16 oz drinks. I asked them what was the difference between getting a 32 oz pitcher and 2 16 oz drinks and they said they were done serving alcohol, which made no sense since they offered the exact amount of alcohol, but it was just more pricey. I have worked at restaurants all my life, and I have never been this shocked. I even worked here back in 2014 and they didnt pay me my hourly wage after making me work doubles, which is why I quit.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! So for the past couple of months my friends and I have celebrated our birthdays and graduations there. During the graduation dinner our server was rude but this experience was nothing like today. Today we celebrated my friends 21st Birthday and for birthdays the workers bring out a fiesta hat, two shots and sing happy birthday. Today they did that but our server took it amongst herself to smash whip cream in my friends face causing the whip cream to get in her hair. When we confronted them they said we do this for all birthdays and I told them I was there 3 weeks ago and did not get that. And while complaining to them they repeatedly argued back with us. You DO NOT CONDUCTED BUSINESS LIKE THAT. When a customer has a complaint you say you apologize for the inconvenience and take money off the bill depending on the complaint. The manager was rude as well as all the two female servers that they had. That was my LAST TIME EVER eating there. Their customer service is horrible.
