I truly appreciate the customer service and support I received from the three gentleman at the Verizon store in Macomb Illinois tonight. Michael, Jon and Robert went out of their way to help me when I was dealing with a very tough situation. My father had a stroke and he lost his phone and could not remember any of his past codes.
