Very helpful staff and the parts I needed were almost 100$ cheaper than any other auto parts store in town.
I didn't know how to check my brake fluid and my brake light had flashed a couple of times over the weekend. My son recommended that I stop at Auto Zone and someone would check it for me. That's exactly what happened. I stopped, within 5 minutes one of the staff checked my fluid and told me it was fine. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Appreciated the help and the honesty!
First off every single person in the store was talking over me when I was trying to describe my problem I was having with my car. The person who actually helped me was a young woman and she finally understood what I meant by check and see if my alternator is bad. All I want is this battery checking tool hooked up and it will tell me if my alternator is working right or not. They even talked over my dad when he got there to help me with the problem. I will never go back here unless it is the last resort I have and I do mean that. I will go to the dealer before I go here. Oreilly auto parts machine was dead so they had to charge it. They are so much more friendly than AutoZone and have better parts even if you sometimes have to pay a little more.
