The service was very poor. They were very unprofessional. My car was sitting in their shop for nearly two days and no one called to inform me of the status my car was in or how much it would cost me. They barely even worked on it, Even though the man over the phone told me that my car would be first priority. They gave me the run around for nearly two days. They're very sketchy with how they conduct business. Avoid them at all costs.
Fast and straight forward with me. Understood my financial situation. Let me set payment plan. Carol was great and understanding. If you something done to your car, check these guys out first.
Auto Services Unlimited in Macomb has very fast and courteous service at affordable rates. I have used their Towing and Uhaul services. Highly recommend!!!
I damaged one of my pipes under my car. I called Auto Service Unlimited and I told the owner that my car sounds like a motorcycle and I need it fix. They told me to come in the next day. When I got there, there was a young white guy with a Confederate flag on his shirt. He was a mechanic and he had his girlfriend with him while he worked. He looked under my car and told his boss what was the problem. It cost me $471 to get the problem fixed. They fixed the problem but my car still made sounds like a motorcycle when I drive it. I went back to them and asked them why didn't they fixed my car I pay almost $500. they said that it was a piece that rusted and so they could not attach it. They did not tell me that in the beginning. They said if I pay $60 more they can fix it. I did not know what do. Lucky another mechanic put plastic ties on it..?? I'm African-American, Im a very nice person and I don't understand why would they do that to me after I paid almost $500 for a easy fix. +++DO NOT GO TO THEM+++++ Many(not all) staff are uneducated, racist ; high prices and the owner is old and his memory problems. I wish I went to somewhere else first.
I had a wonderful experience at Auto Service Unlimited. The staff is very nice. They fix my car in a day. The price was fair. I would highly recommend anyone who is having issues with their car to check them out first. Be sure to get a print receipt of the estimate because owner is old and forget the price he gives. But Im a CNA and I understand. However, he his good connects and its helps with the price overall. I will be coming back to get more work done on my car in the future. Thanks guys for the excellent work.
