Very friendly and helpful service; rescued me from the roadside when my truck broke down. Had to replace my transmission. Not all the garage's issues, to be sure; but it took about a week for them to receive a transmission, due to some shipping errors, and it was a used tranny that had some bad speed sensors, which I didn't know until I was 30 mile out of town. Wish the tranny had been more thoroughly checked out.
I called them to get a local truck rental. The lady told me that they only rented the 10' truck for local, and not the larger trucks. I went on-line to try to find a larger one from another dealer in the area. Wouldn't you know it, there were several large trucks I could rent in the area, including a 15' at this location. U-Haul does not allow it's dealer to rent out larger trucks for local use (because U-Haul has them reserved for point-to-point), but they can be rented for local use by reserving it on-line (and getting a call from the U-Haul Customer Service Center). Since this location was closed on the weekend, they let me pick it up on Friday and charged me the one day rate for a return on Monday. If you have Alan Thompson State Farm insurance (plus others, I am sure), you do not need the insurance through U-Haul either. Very happy with the way it worked out, and the people at this location were very nice.
