Pond needs taken care of and could use a fountain and more for kids to do otherwise a nice little place for kids
It's a nice little park just on the edge of Macomb. It is near a seat processing facility, so it can be a bit smelly some days. The playground equipment present is nice. There is a medium sized fenced in dog park (empty field) and a pond near the playground.
Its nice overall, has a great dog park, pond and sitting areas, ballfield and playground, however the dog area is very close to play and picnic area so a lot of dogs will bark at people walking by outside the fence and it does get annoying when they won't shut up and their owners can't stop them. I have left picnic area due to barking, and didn't stay for the rest of the ballgame that was going on because the barking was disruptive and distracting.
Wanted to find a dog park that was enclosed. This place is very quiet and peaceful
Would be a nice place to take kids if it wasn't near water treatment plant.
