Going in here I felt unsure. Being a college student, I wasn't sure if I was going to be taken seriously in a diamond store. The owner was SO welcoming and polite. She worked with my budget and let me try on the jewelry before I made a purchase.

TERRIBLE!! I will not return to this store. I was quoted for a service and charged 3x the quoted price without a clear explanation. When questioned about the price difference, the owner was disrespectful and insulted me. She shamed me as a young mother and refused to return my items when I was unhappy with her service.
My fiance bought me a beautiful silver and diamond bracelet from here, and now we are getting our wedding bands here... The staff is always kind and helpful, I'd recommend the diamond den to anyone!
