What my husband doesn't say is the delays were caused by an employee they fired who left with some of our parts. And they were going to charge us for the parts they had to reorder.
Everyone is very helpful and will answer any questions you might have while there
WARNING!! buyer beware, I will NEVER do Business with All About Mowers.
Not ONCE did we hear any words to the effect of "I'm sorry but the work on your mower is going to take longer than we expected." Instead we were met with blame and crappy attitude. When I said to the man behind the counter "we won't be back" he replied by laughing and saying "okay."
I was called about ordering a (1) part on March 24. I know it's called "snail mail" for a reason but the Pony Express could have had it there by now.
Then you said if my wife didn't have you on the phone they could get more work done, as if the lady on the phone had put down her tools and stopped working on our mower to answer the phone.
Awesome people, real deal. Got parts.
If you want charming service, this is not the place! However, they do know their mowers, and weed wackers. I don't believe that they mean to be curt or ill-mannered, they just don't have good people skills. They do have mechanical skills!
Sincerely,
Then, when my wife called to inquire earlier this week and again you said "waiting for parts" she became frustrated and asked you what was really going on. You told her we had all winter to bring it in. Her answer? It was broken just following the near tornado we had so it didn't need to be brought in over the winter. But thanks for trying to blame us for your incompetence.
My husband just posted this on social media:

Dear All About Mowers,
Nick Guarino
Here's the thing... instead of trying to cover up the problem or blame us... we would have totally understood if someone had called us first instead of waiting for us to become so exasperated.
You've had my mower for 4 weeks. Every time we call you say you are waiting for parts (and we didn't even call for the first time until 3 weeks in).
Worst place ever!!!! They do not listen to the costumers I took my mower there to get a estimate and the mechanic "that knows nothing about mowers" he put a gas shut off valve on the engine that has a fuel pump. A gas shut off valve has no use on a engine with a fuel pump.and a needle valve was put in the carburetor and for both jobs i was charged $120.00. $75.00 for labor putting the gas shut off valve that has no use on the engine.and they said the carburetor is shot and a NEW one is over $200 to replace,i checked and a new one is $59.00 what a mark up!!! I fixed the mower myself for $34.95.the fuel pump was shot.
Your customer service is horrible and all of this could have been avoided if you had just told us something like "we're sorry it's taking so long." So now I'm going to let all my friends know how terribly you treated us, how rude you were to my wife and how last year you charged me $107 for a belt that I can't find anywhere on the Web for more than $73. I will rate you poorly on every website I can find and I may just make a bumper sticker that says "I WAS SCREWED BY ALL ABOUT MOWERS."
