Very satisfied with my services! I came to this salon for the first time as a walk-in. They seemed busy but made a point to find someone available for me. I did not have to wait long. They have very good customer service and the prices are appropriate for the services received. I paid $85 for my cut and color. Amber was my stylist and she did an amazing job. I was very nervous as this was a new place for me and the only other salon I have been to since I was probably 12 in my home town. She made me feel very comfortable, even offering me a soda. She put me at ease and made me a very happy customer with my cut and color. The place is clean and very professional. I would recommend Michael's to anyone!
I have been a client of this salon for more then 23 years. I have primary used one stylist, however I have and would use anyone who is employed at this business. The staff are very friendly and open to any and all suggestions. Never have I been talked into something I haven't wanted. Customer service is exemplary, and this salon is clean and neat at all times. Walks in are always welcomed with open arms. If you come as a new client, you will never have a reason to go anywhere else. I would highly recommend Michael's to anyone looking for an awesome place to get a haircut. Their additional services are unlimited, from waxing to nails, to hairstyles for entire wedding parties. You will not be disappointed.
I have been a client of Michaels for about 2 years now and I love it! Rick does an amazing job, the only compliant I have is they always seem to be running late. Today I had an appointment for 1 and didn't get in until 1:30.
Friendly staff who listen to your ideas and will help steer you in the right direction. If you choose a style that just won't work with your hair, they will let you know instead of just doing it and making you hate it. They LISTEN to what you want and will do their best to make it happen.
I had bought a gift card for my sister for $40 to get a hair cut and a style and to get her eyebrows done, 1st of all they didn't even shampoo her hair, since when did salons stop washing hair during a haircut apt! I am from New York and it is automatic that you get a shampoo and condition before they cut your hair. And on top of that they didn't do her hair the way she asked. I will never go there myself and I am very sorry I ever gave my sister a gift certificate for there. It was suppose to be a nice surprise and instead she was very disappointed.
