I have always had a good experience in this place. Both Bob and Lori are extremely nice and the prices on the stuff I sell to them is fair. I also keep in mind that if I bought a movie for 7 at Walmart chances are I will get around 2-3 for it at the pawn shop. But I have always been satisfied and if I feel the price is too low I just say not right now and go home, and see if I have something of higher value to take up.
Bob and his staff are the best in the pawn business in Western Illinois. Pawn Plus always has a nice selection, friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable. His store is always clean, well stocked and neatly organized. If you're looking for a great pawn experience, Pawn Plus will always treat you right.
They have fallen off with customer service as well as having reasonable merchandise. They will low ball you quick . Dont advise it unless u need fast cash and dnt want merch back.
Horrible experience, was constantly lied to by workers on visits to the pawn shop. Unfair and overall not a good business. This may easily be the worst place in Macomb. DO NOT SUPPORT!!!!
Always polite and helpful.... Have purchased alot of stuff from Bob and Family members who work there and even sold a few items to them as well... Great family and awesome service will continue to do business with them!
