Staff are friendly but overworked. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone. If you go into the office, they are out. If you call, you do not get an answer & the voicemail is always full. They have one person working at a time that has to run the office, clean the cars, & pick up or drop off customers. Have recently rented a vehicle that wasn't as clean as a rental generally is, the oil needed changed, & tire pressure was low. When renting a car, it should be ready & safe for you to put on the road.

Not friendly to international students! charge more money than anywhere.
I reserved our car a month in advance then the morning of pick up they call and say oops we won't have a car for you until Monday. Horribly disappointed. I thought last year's experience was bad but nope this year beats that hands down
