As Macomb residents, my lady and I visited the shop on Christmas Eve (2011) and instead of being greeted or tastefully ignored and allowed to shop at our own pace we get to listen to either the owner or an employee talking loudly on the phone. Not just talking but complaining--about customers! She cursed and whined about customers coming in and asking questions (xmas eve). We promptly spun about and walked out. The best part was that my lady isn't the biggest fan of the shop but I pushed her to give it another try. This is why I often fail to get teary eyed when little mom and pop stores get razed for chains.
