I surprised my fiance with a full body massage and he absolutely loved it! The masseuse explained the tension areas and issues with my fiance's back, neck, and arms, and encouraged him to continue coming in as he is a musician (arm and back tension) and lifts weights regularly. We have never scheduled a massage before and the front desk associates were friendly and informative, especially since it was last minute. Would highly recommend to anyone who has never tried a massage!
Hair and massage therapy..Very happy with both
The first time I went here, my hair was done by Brooke and it turned out beautiful; however, the second time around they stuck me with some girl I never was with before. I told her I wanted blonde lowlights and she ultimately dyed my hair a dark red color. I was completely distraught and was basically trying to hold back tears. So, they ended up Bleaching my hair again and no joke pieces of my hair started falling out. So, they gave me 55.00 dollars off but that didn’t exactly help anything. It took over two years to finally get it back to normal. I was so embarrassed to come forward when I was a student; however, I shoukd have so I could help save some other girl/woman from the same experience.
I've been coming here a few times. I've gotten underarm waxing a bit. I recently got a Brazilian wax for the first time. Just because this was my first time does not mean I do not know when someone knows how to do their job right. The woman that did my waxing didn't attempt to move anything around to get a better grip so she ended up waxing me in the same spot multiple times and When I got home and after things stopped feeling so tender I saw how she left A LOT of hair behind. I spent 50$ for her to do her job right. Not act like she was afraid to touch what's down there to do her job properly. I'm so upset because I wanted to be able to keep up with waxing but I won't be going back here to get that done again. If she's new and hasn't done it a lot that's understandable I wouldn't want to be her test subject anyway but if she's been doing this a while and allowed me to leave her office knowing I will be that I unsatisfied then this is a mockery
